Accommodation details

Located right on the Mary Towneley Loop Bridleway and only 1/4mile from the Pennine Way, the cottage is ideal for walkers, mountain bikers and horse riders. The facilities for children are excellent with plenty to see and do in the area.
The cottage has attractive gardens to the front with patio and outdoor eating area at the rear of the property.
In the barn adjacent to the farm house, there is a games room with full size table tennis table. Guests with children can use the large garden with swing and slide (be aware there is a deep pond in this area).

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Prices
The Old Stables, Tippett Farm, Self-Catering Farmhouse, offers flexibility in both the number of guests and length of stay. Although the house will accommodate up to 8 people, guests can take between 1 and 4 bedrooms with sole use of the rest of the house.

The rate reflects the number of bedrooms used and there is a minimum of 2 nights stay.
Prices vary from £125 for 2 people for 2nights -£575 for 8 people for 1 week.
