This cottage was completely renovated in 2007/8 and offers fabulous accommodation for up to 8 in a peaceful location on the flank of Pendle Hill. With walks and cycling from the door the cottage is an ideal base to explore the Ribble Valley, the Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales.

The house is unusual in that 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor (2 king, 1 double) with the main living area on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. There is a further twin bedroom on the second floor in the eaves with its own seating area - ideal for children.

Outside is a patio area with garden furniture. Access to private fields and stream.
Parking for 3-4 cars.
