A busy traditional market offering a great shopping experience
Fleetwood Market has 200 indoor stalls in three heated halls and 50 outdoor stalls.
The market was first granted rights in 1275 but it was 1840 before Sir Peter Hesketh- Fleetwood started using the rights. The market was extended in 1990 and today sells a large range of produce from clothing to fish. Such is its popularity today coach trips are frequent visitors and on the third Friday of every month there is a farmers market.
