Cowmans have been producing and selling sausages for over 40 years. The meat used is sourced fresh locally which means all the sausages are suitable for freezing. With a meat content of at least 75% (compared to the normal 65% in pork and less in other varieties) all the sausages produced are of exceptional quality.
